Traveller Type: family with young children
: We would like to tell our thanks for care of the personnel of this hotel about customers. since the beginning we felt comfortable because any our wish was fulfilled. For example, we travelled with a child of 3 years old and the child needs special menu according to health problems. This was not a problem to be organised by Customer Relationship Manager Fatima who was at our disposal 24/7 and worried about our well being during the say and our child as a second mother. I would say its very pleasant to feel at home when staff is caring about customers and dedicated to every detail. The facilities are great in this place, you do not really can think about more basic things as close beach, clean rooms , hygiene, fresh beddings and towels, kids playground, food . When travelling with a small kid people always worry about a lot of things. So did we . For future customers I would advise not to worry at all , your kids will be safe same as you in hotel White Beach. There is a small clinic just on the territory of the hotel which is rear to see in other places. There are 4 fun swimming pools with clean heated water for kids of different age. Our toddler loved these. Clean beach ,staff takes care every day and serve people with drinks quickly on request. A lot of customers of different nationalities , the hotel supports policy of piece , quietness, friendship, no conflicts. How they manage to do so we do not know but during 21 days of our stay we observed only piece and pleased rested people and kids on the territory..Special thanks also to Anouar who helped us in restaurant to feel good and Ahmed who can guide you through all national nuances. While choosing the hotel for our holidays we read a lot of reviews and I was worried but hotel White Beach met our expectations. We had good holidays, kid is happy ,parents too . We feel more fit and healthy after our stay there. Highly recommended..!!!
: The animation for kids was good with much efforts from animation girls team. However the style of kids animation is repeated , after some time starts to be not interesting any more , nothing new. Also most of songs for kids are very harsh in a sense that too much loud and turning on in the evening so that kids can not calm down for night sleep for a long time. Animation team need to change repertuar for kids.
